1. Review the activities available in the schedule to determine  which

      activities will be of interest to your child and fit your schedule.

2. Complete the “Sign-Up Sheet” and return it  to Nicole in the Flagship

    office, Diane in the front office, or your child’s teacher

3. If you sign your child up for a class please make that commitment or

    let Nicole know if you would like to cancel. Many classes fill up

    quickly. Please respect there may be waiting lists for classes.

4. Please make sure you double check the dates and times of programs.

5. A Confirmation Form will be sent home with your child after

    registration forms have been received. 

6. Mark your calendars!  After school, your child should meet at the “4

    Corners” for their Flagship activity.

7. Children must be picked up in their Flagship classroom or at the front

    doors of Franklin at the end of the day, unless they are allowed to

    walk home.
