Welcome to the Flagship Program!
Flagship is a school
and community partnership that provides skill-building activities to Missoula youth during non-school hours (usually after school). Flagship programs are currently available in all MCPS high schools, three middle schools and two elementary schools.

Flagship activities are free; the only requirement (generally) is that the participating student attend the school that hosts the activity. Students can get involved in a variety of activities or events. Activities usually focus on the arts, sports, academic subjects and other topics. Students can also participate in community service projects. Activities are held at the school or at a site in the community. Transportation is provided as often as possible.
Flagship is a community-based program of Turning Point that partners with Missoula County Public Schools - District One. It is funded through a combination of local, state, and federal sources, with both public and private dollars. The Friends of Flagship Board is the local advisory entity that over-sees the program and works to sustain it into the future. Coordinators at Flagship schools put together an exciting schedule activities to meet students' needs and interests. For more information,

Important Note: If you are new to Missoula and have children in Missoula County Public Schools, they may be eligible to participate in Flagship. |
